  • Your responsibilities:

    You assume financial responsibility for the local organisation in Italy. As a member of the local executive management, you also help ensure the regional advance of the successful group strategy. Your key activities comprise:


    • Direct management of finances, accounting and controlling (5 employees)
    • You lead and develop your team members in a confident, goal- and result-oriented manner, communicate clearly and play a key role in driving forward the Group corporate spirit
    • You report directly to the Group CFO and the CEO and assume responsibility for the fields of finances / controlling / accounting
    • You are responsible for the financial management and active cost controlling of all local activities with regard to business development (bid management), investments, operations, contract management / compliance, customer service, etc.
    • You ensure the healthy strategic-conceptual further development of the local organisation, in particular against the backdrop of the company’s growth path and the associated continuous adaptation of structures and processes
    • You advance the development of business management control systems (business controlling, strategic and operational planning, financial and liquidity management), advise the Group management on all commercial/financial issues, actively participate in the development and implementation of medium- and long-term business models and strategies
    • You are responsible for financial accounting, the preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local legislation and the Group’s guidelines
    • You are responsible for drawing up budgets and business plans, review quotation calculations for invitations to tender, ensure close, team-oriented communications and coordination with neighbouring departments both locally and internationally
    • You are the contact partner for banks, lessors, suppliers, auditors, authorities, etc. You carry out representative tasks and coordinate activities with the Group CFO
    • Financial management and active cost controlling of all local activities with regard to investments, projects in production and development, including analysis and assessment
  • Your profile:

    To fill this position, you already have several years of professional experience in a similar position with an international corporate group. In addition, you have the following qualifications:

    • At least a bachelor's degree in finances / accounting / controlling
    • Experience in an industrial production company or in the project business
    • Familiarity with US GAAP or IFRS
    • Business fluent in English and Italian, preferably also in German
    • Willingness to travel 20% of the time
